Mark E. Bufalini, DMD, MD

After attending dental school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Bufalini completed both medical school and his residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center, where he was the Chief Resident.

Dr. Bufalini was a staff surgeon at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, NC, before moving to Wilmington. Prior to joining Carolinas Oral & Facial Surgery Center, he gained significant experience providing facial trauma coverage in the emergency department of New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Bufalini is board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
