We will need to verify coverage before your treatment begins. Please be sure to bring all of your insurance cards with you to your first appointment.

Please remember that all financial arrangements must be completed prior to the actual procedure. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard and can also provide no-interest or low-interest loans through commercials lenders. Please remember that your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for your payment of all fees incurred at our office if, for some reason, your insurance does not cover your treatment costs.
