Brady J. Semmel, DMD, MD
Dr Semmel received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, PA and his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA, graduating first in his class. Having the distinction of being dual-degreed, he earned his Medical Degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr Semmel has extensive experience in the field of dental implants and has been instrumental in introducing the Nobel Biocare "Teeth in a Day" program to the Wilmington area. He is also skilled in facial cosmetic surgery, TMJ surgery and oral surgery, including wisdom tooth surgery. He is actively involved in the local dental community, leading the Implant Study Club of Wilmington, where he works with the general dentists educating them in the latest implant techniques.
Dr Semmel relocated to the Wilmington area in 2002 and is the most recent member of the Carolinas Oral & Facial Surgery Center team.
